Who we are

This privacy policy applies to all recruitment activities carried out under the TechTribe brand and the associated recruitment websites of the group companies listed below.

TechTribe is the central recruitment platform for the group of companies listed below. The entity responsible for processing your personal data during the recruitment process is the operator of TechTribe, Salor Spakenburg B.V.

Wherever this privacy policy refers to “TechTribe”, it refers to the recruitment services and operations conducted under that brand.

Recruitment services are provided on behalf of the following group companies, each of which has its own recruitment website under the TechTribe brand:

TechTribe is responsible for the processing of your personal data during the recruitment process, including handling applications, communications, and candidate selection.

Please note: TechTribe’s responsibility for your personal data applies exclusively to the recruitment process. If your application leads to an employment offer, the responsibility for your data transfers to the specific group of the company offering the vacancy, and your data will then be subject to that company’s employee privacy policy.

Name, title, gender, and date of birth. 

2.2 Contact data 

Address, location, telephone number, and e-mail address. 

2.3 Account data

7. Data retention 

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. The retention periods depend on the nature of the data and the purpose of processing:

10. Automated decision-making and profiling 

We may use automated tools to analyse your personal data for marketing purposes (profiling). This helps us tailor our communications to your interests. This profiling does not produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. 

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you without human intervention. 

11. Children’s privacy 

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, please contact us at compliance@salor.com, and we will take steps to delete such data.

How is this privacy policy kept

This privacy policy is effective from the 28th  of August 2026, and replaces our previous privacy policy. This privacy policy is constantly under review. We inform you about the changes by publishing the revised policy on techtribe.jobs, after which it will take effect immediately.
